Sigma Supply Finds Success through Customer Care
Sigma Supply, a family-owned and operated packaging company has found that the best way to succeed in business is to make sure customers are happy, according to a recent article in a trade publication.
Sigma Supply recently expanded its operations by opening a distribution center in Southaven. The company had humble beginnings in 1970 with President Dan Hamby selling pressure-sensitive tape. The company is now a major seller of corrugated cardboard cartons.
Hamby credits putting customers first as the secret to success, keeping ordering easy and making sure customer needs are met. One such response is providing “green” products, such as recycled paper products and biodegradable plastics.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, Sigma Supply prides itself in providing job opportunities for disabled employees. The company works with Abilities Unlimited, a workshop for the disabled.
